Definition of the transformation strategy to streamline the customers experience through the different channels and touchpoints, enabling digital communications and self-service.

Activities Include:

Develop the strategic roadmap for new digital customer capabilities:

  • Collate business needs to understand the requirements based on customer and business needs

Product Manager for fintech software development teams across Australia and Manilla, focused on improving the experience of existing products and building new innovative products. Activities Include:

Program Manager: Responsible for the successful implementation of the Global VPN Business Case

  • Managed the Program while adhering to Prince 2 Project Management methodology.
  • Performed due diligence on a live customer and managing the redesign as a Proof of Concept for the adoption of the business case.
  • Defined and documented the process interlock between the DD and IS organisations for the end to end business value chain.

  • Performed the requirements gathering and documented the BRS/BRD.

Installations Project Team Leader (September 2006 – January 2007): Supervisor for a team of 18 people.

    • Managed workload between the team members and running daily reports for KPI management.
    • Was the first point of escalation for operational or client issues.
    • Sat in on all HR issues with the team members.
    • Continued to Project Manage my existing client base including the duties below.

Installations Project Manager (June 2006 – Aug 2006): Project managing a client’s rollout.

    • Liaised with third party suppliers and providing regular status updates to the client as per the project communication plan.
    • Ensured all updates to the CMDB for each product occur in alignment with the organisation’s release and change management policy.
    • Conducted quality reviews for project deliverables and obtaining client sign off.
    • Assisted with troubleshooting errors and updating the lessons learnt knowledge base for future installations.
