JUL 2021 TO PRESENT, TAL LIFE LIMITED, BUSINESS OWNER CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT (DIGITAL AND DATA TRANSFORMATION)

Definition of the transformation strategy to streamline the customers experience through the different channels and touchpoints, enabling digital communications and self-service.

Activities Include:

Develop the strategic roadmap for new digital customer capabilities:

  • Collate business needs to understand the requirements based on customer and business needs
  • Assist in defining the organisations Common Data Elements
  • Recommend the nature and scope of future capability build
  • Prioritise and deliver capabilities iteratively to meet customer needs
  • Bridge business goals, user needs and technology capabilities to deliver customer outcomes

Deliver new customer capabilities for the business:

  • Build a Common Data Model to aggregate organisation data as a technology enabler to product development
  • Bring new capabilities to market by working with the technical delivery teams and product owners in the business to bring new capabilities to market, including the preparation of business cases, timelines and launch plans
  • Continue to refine and optimise to ensure the capability is improved and optimised
  • Play the role of Business Owner giving guidance and sign-off to delivery teams as delivery roles out

JUL 2020 TO JUN 2021, MONEYME FINANCIAL GROUP, DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Product Manager for fintech software development teams across Australia and Manilla, focused on improving the experience of existing products and building new innovative products. Activities Include:

  • Define eCommerce integration strategy for our payment solutions by analysing the customer need, market research and data analysis

  • Project Managed the EBC DMS infrastructure upgrade and expansion to align with Cisco global corporate messaging and DMS BU requirements.
  • Enhanced the EBC DMS platform to showcase supported Cisco ecosystem partners products and services.

Program Manager: Responsible for the successful implementation of the Global VPN Business Case

  • Managed the Program while adhering to Prince 2 Project Management methodology.
  • Performed due diligence on a live customer and managing the redesign as a Proof of Concept for the adoption of the business case.
  • Defined and documented the process interlock between the DD and IS organisations for the end to end business value chain.

  • Compiled an Operations Manual of the Global VPN Provisioning Process and the IS/DD Value Proposition.

Business Analyst: Responsible for a new CRM system for Operations (Siebel 7.8.)

  • Performed the requirements gathering and documented the BRS/BRD.
  • Documented the UML diagrams and functional specifications for the order management module.
  • Tested and signed off on UAT for operations.
  • Assisted with the rollout and continuous functionality improvement of the CRM.
  • Documented the organisations release management policy and obtaining an ITIL rating of 4 in the independent ITIL audit.
JUN 2006 - AUG 2007 - INSTALLATIONS PROJECT MANAGER, INTERNET SOLUTIONS

Installations Project Team Leader (September 2006 – January 2007): Supervisor for a team of 18 people.

    • Managed workload between the team members and running daily reports for KPI management.
    • Was the first point of escalation for operational or client issues.
    • Sat in on all HR issues with the team members.
    • Continued to Project Manage my existing client base including the duties below.

Installations Project Manager (June 2006 – Aug 2006): Project managing a client’s rollout.

    • Liaised with third party suppliers and providing regular status updates to the client as per the project communication plan.
    • Ensured all updates to the CMDB for each product occur in alignment with the organisation’s release and change management policy.
    • Conducted quality reviews for project deliverables and obtaining client sign off.
    • Assisted with troubleshooting errors and updating the lessons learnt knowledge base for future installations.
